赤小豆当归散合槐花散治疗Ⅰ度内痔便血临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察赤小豆当归散合槐花散治疗湿热下注型I度内痔便血的临床疗效。方法选取龙岩市中医院肛肠科门诊2020年1月—2021年12月收治的80例湿热下注型Ⅰ度内痔便血患者,运用随机数字表法分成观察组及对照组,每组40例。观察组用赤小豆当归散合槐花散水煎服治疗,对照组口服地奥司明片治疗。2组患者均治疗5 d,5 d后比较2组患者的临床疗效。结果疗程结束后,2组患者便血及痔核黏膜情况均有改善,观察组总有效率高于对照组,观察组疗效明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论赤小豆当归散合槐花散治疗湿热下注型Ⅰ度内痔便血疗效确切,能有效改善痔核黏膜状态,达到远期治疗效果。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chixiaodou Danggui powder combined with Huaihua powder in the treatment of hematochezia caused by first⁃degree internal hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 80 patients with hematochezia caused by first⁃degree internal hemorrhoids of dampness⁃heat in lower jiao were selected in Longyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2021.They were randomly divided into observation group of 40 cases and control group of 40 cases.The observation group was treated with Chixiaodou Danggui powder combined with Huaihua powder,while the control group was treated with Diosmin tablets.Both groups of patients were treated for 5 days,and after 5 days,the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was observed and compared.Results After treatment,blood in stool and mucous membrane of hemorrhoid were improved in both groups.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Chixiaodou Danggui powder combined with Huaihua powder is effective in the treatment of hematochezia caused by first⁃degree internal hemorrhoids of dampness⁃heat in lower jiao,can effectively relieve hematochezia and improve the state of hemorrhoid mucosa,and achieve long⁃term therapeutic effect.
