参苓补肾桑萸汤治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足眩晕临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察参苓补肾桑萸汤加减治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足眩晕的临床效果。方法纳入郑州市金水区总医院2022年5月—2023年8月就诊的72例椎-基底动脉供血不足眩晕患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组(36例)给予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,观察组(36例)在此基础上使用参苓补肾桑萸汤加减治疗。比较2组临床效果及中医症状积分变化,观察治疗前后采用TCD检测的椎-基底动脉血流情况和血液流变学指标水平。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医症状评分及总分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血液流变学指标低于对照组,观察组椎-基底动脉血流显著提高(P<0.05)。结论参苓补肾桑萸汤加减治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足眩晕患者疗效确切,具有临床较高推广应用价值。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shenling Bushen Sangyu decoction in the treatment of vertigo of vertebral basilar artery blood insufficiency.Methods A total of 72 patients with vertigo of vertebral basilar artery blood supply deficiency were included in Jinshui District General Hospital from May 2022 to August 2023,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules,and the observation group(n=36)was treated with Shenling Bushen Sangyu decoction on this basis.The clinical effects and TCM symptom scores of the two groups were compared,and the vertebrobasilar artery blood flow and hemorheology indexes measured by TCD before and after treatment were observed.Results The effect rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom score and total score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The hemorheology index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the vertebrobasilar artery blood flow in the observation group was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Shenling Bushen Sangyu decoction in the treatment of vertigo of vertebral basilar artery blood insufficiency is definitely of high clinical promotion and application value.
