耳穴压丸治疗环状混合痔切除术后疼痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究耳穴压丸对环状混合痔切除术后患者肛门疼痛的缓解作用。方法将60例环状混合痔术后患者随机分为对照组30例和研究组30例。其中,对照组常规予以氯诺昔康静脉滴注止痛治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上增加神门、直肠、大肠、交感耳穴压丸治疗。对比术后1、3、7 d 2组患者疼痛视觉评分、氯诺昔康的追加剂量、排便时间、不良反应发生情况。结果2组患者术后疼痛均可得到有效缓解。研究组患者肛门疼痛评分高于对照组,但追加氯诺昔康剂量少于对照组,药物不良反应较少。研究组患者均次排便时间明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压丸能够缩短混合痔术后患者排便时间,有效缓解环状混合痔切除术后肛门疼痛,且不良反应较少,临床可用于辅助缓解患者术后疼痛。Objective To explore the effect of auricular point pressure pill on relieving anal pain after annular mixed hemorrhoidectomy.Methods A total of 60 patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids who met the admission criteria were randomly divided into control group of 30 cases and study group of 30 cases.Among them,the control group was routinely given lornoxicam intravenous drip analgesic treatment,and the treatment of the study group was Shenmen(HT7),rectum,large intestine and sympathetic ear point pressure pill treatment.Visual pain score,additional dosage of lornoxicam,defecation time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups 1,3 and 7 days after surgery.Results Postoperative pain could be effectively relieved in both groups.The anal pain score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,but the dosage of additional of lornoxicam was lower than that of the control group,and the drug adverse reactions were less.The average defecation time in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular point pressure pill can shorten the defecation time of patients after mixed hemorrhoidectomy,and effectively relieve anal pain after annular mixed hemorrhoidectomy,with less adverse reactions,and can be used clinically to assist in relieving postoperative pain.
