冲击波配合动态拨筋手法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察运用冲击波配合动态拨筋手法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取2022年10月—2023年8月在荣成市中医院住院治疗的膝关节骨性关节炎患者60例,随机分为治疗组及对照组,各30例。对照组给予传统推拿治疗,治疗组放松推拿治疗后给予动态拨法,冲击波治疗1次/周。3周为1个疗程,于治疗前和治疗3周后采用WOMAC指数及VAS评分对2组患者进行评定。结果治疗后,2组患者WOMAC指数疼痛、日常生活质量、总分评分及VAS比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;2组晨僵评分差值比较,P>0.05,差异不具有统计学意义。结论冲击波配合动态拨筋手法较传统治疗可显著改善膝关节骨性关节炎患者的疼痛、日常生活能力,提高整体疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of shock wave combined with dynamic plucking manipulation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis hospitalized in Rongcheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2022 to August 2023 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional massage therapy,and the treatment group was given dynamic plucking manipulation after relaxation massage therapy,and shock wave therapy was given once a week.The patients in the two groups were evaluated by WOMAC index and VAS score before and after 3 weeks of treatment.Results After treatment,WOMAC index pain,daily life quality,total score and VAS were compared between 2 groups(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.The difference of morning stiffness score was compared(P>0.05),and the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion Shock wave combined with dynamic plucking manipulation can significantly improve the pain and daily living ability of patients with knee osteoarthritis,and improve the overall curative effect.
