益气固本灸联合西医治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病31例

摘　　要：目的探讨益气固本灸联合西医治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床价值。方法选取2021年6月—2023年3月在日照市人民医院诊疗的老年COPD患者62例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各31例。2组均实施布地奈德福莫特罗治疗,观察组在此基础上加用益气固本灸治疗,比较治疗后2组评价指标差异。结果治疗后,观察组肺功能FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC指标与对照组比较明显改善(P<0.05),观察组中医证候总积分明显低于对照组(P<0.01),观察组临床疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气固本灸联合西医治疗老年COPD可明显改善患者肺功能、降低中医证候总积分,提高临床治疗效果。Objective To investigate the clinical value of Yiqi Guben moxibustion combined with Western medicine in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in the elderly.Methods The study data of 62 elderly COPD patients diagnosed and treated in Rizhao People’s Hospital from June 2021 to March 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 31 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with budesonide and formoterol,and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Guben moxibustion,and the differences in evaluation indexes between the two groups were compared after treatment.Results After treatment,the pulmonary function FEV_(1) and FEV_(1)/FVC indexes of the observation group were significantly improved compared with those of the control group(P<0.05),the total TCM syndrome score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Yiqi Guben moxibustion combined with Western medicine in the treatment of COPD can significantly improve the lung function of patients,reduce the total score of TCM syndromes,and significantly improve the clinical treatment effect.
