针药治疗活动期类风湿性关节炎临床体会

摘　　要：活动期类风湿性关节炎起病急,病情变化快,临床中较难控制。笔者在治疗该病时常针药并用,既采用中医辨证分型论治和中药经验用药(如虫类药、活血化瘀药、藤类药等),又采用多种中医外治法(如毫针焠刺、刺络放血、穴位埋线等)配合全息取穴及传统针刺手法(如巨刺与缪刺法、苍龟探穴法、透天凉法等),能够快速控制病情发展,疗效明显。此文将笔者治疗该病的临床体会进行总结,仅供临床参考使用。Rheumatoid arthritis during the active phase has a rapid onset and changes in the condition,making it difficult to control clinically.The author often uses acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of this disease,using both traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and empirical medication(such as insect like drugs,blood activating and stasis removing drugs,vine like drugs,etc.),as well as various external treatment methods(such as filiform needle puncture,bloodletting puncture,acupoint embedding,etc.)in combination with holographic acupoint selection and traditional acupuncture techniques(such as contralateral meridian needling and contralateral collateral needling,Canggui acupoint exploration method,and Toutianliang method,etc.),which can quickly control the development of the disease and have significant therapeutic effects.This article summarized the author’s clinical experience in treating this disease for clinical reference only.
