扶正类中药活性成分防治轻度认知障碍研究进展  

Research Progress on the Active Ingredients of Strengthening the Body Resistance Chinese Herbal Medicines in the Prevention and Treatment of Mild Cognitive Impairment

摘　　要：通过中国知网、万方、维普数据库查阅2020年1月—2023年3月有关补虚药活性成分在改善记忆和认知障碍研究,对文献进行筛选、整理、归纳。研究发现,近3年有10味补虚药活性成分有显著改善记忆及认知障碍作用,其机制可能与抑制氧化应激、抑制Aβ沉积、抑制蛋白磷酸化、抑制神经炎症、抑制神经细胞凋亡、修复神经干细胞等有关,为早期扶正防治虚性轻度认知障碍提供参考和新思路。Through CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases from January 2020 to March 2023,the literature on improving memory and cognitive impairment of active ingredients of tonic deficiency medicine was screened,sorted and summarized.The study found that there were 10 active ingredients of deficiency tonifying drugs in recent three years,which significantly improved memory and cognitive impairment.The mechanism may be related to the inhibition of oxidative stress,the inhibition of Aβdeposition,the deposition of protein phosphorylation,the inhibition of neuroinflammation,the inhibition of nerve cell apoptosis,the repair of neural stem cells,etc.,providing reference and new ideas for the prevention and treatment of mild cognitive impairment in the early stage.
