摘　　要：目的运用数据挖掘技术分析针灸促进腹部手术后胃肠功能恢复的选穴规律。方法通过检索中国知网、万方、维普数据库建库至2023年6月有关针灸促进腹部手术后胃肠功能恢复的文献,建立针灸促进腹部手术后胃肠功能恢复的处方数据库,对腧穴进行关联分析及聚类分析。结果纳入文献115篇,提取处方116首,包含腧穴61个,总频次575次;针灸促进术后胃肠功能恢复高频腧穴依次是足三里、上巨虚、内关;腧穴归经以足阳明胃经、任脉、足太阴脾经为主;重视下合穴、五输穴、募穴的使用;在腧穴配伍方面足三里分别与上巨虚、内关、三阴交、天枢相关性较高。结论通过对针灸促进腹部手术后胃肠功能恢复选穴及配伍规律分析,可为临床中术后胃肠功能的恢复治疗提供参考。Objective To investigate acupoint selection rule of acupuncture and moxibustion for promoting gastrointestinal function recovery after abdominal surgery by using data mining.Methods Through searching the clinical literature on the study of acupuncture and moxibustion promoting gastrointestinal function recovery after abdominal surgery from CNKI,Wanfang and VIP database from June 2023,the prescription database of acupuncture and moxibustion promoting gastrointestinal function recovery after abdominal surgery was established,and the association analysis and cluster analysis of acupoints were conducted.Results A total of 115 literatures were included,116 prescriptions were extracted,including 61 acupoints,with a total frequency of 575.The high frequency acupoints of acupuncture promoting gastrointestinal function recovery after operation are Zusanli(ST36),Shangjuxu(ST37)and Neiguan(PC6)in sequence.The main acupoint channel is the stomach channel,Ren channel and spleen channel of foot Yangming,paying attention to the use of lower⁃he⁃sea point,five⁃shu point and front⁃mu point.In terms of the compatibility of acupoints,Zusanli(ST36)has higher correlation with Shangjuxu(ST37),Neiguan(PC6),Sanyinjiao(SP6)and Tianshu(ST25)respectively.Conclusion Through the analysis of acupuncture and moxibustion to promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after abdominal operation,it can provide reference for the recovery of gastrointestinal function in clinic.
