活血化瘀涂搽药治疗冠脉介入穿刺并发症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察活血化瘀涂搽药剂外敷治疗冠脉介入穿刺并发症的疗效。方法选取2021年1月1日—2022年12月31日在江西中医药大学附属医院行冠脉介入治疗后伴桡动脉穿刺点并发症的患者100例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用50%硫酸镁湿敷,试验组采用活血化瘀涂搽药剂湿敷,均连续治疗7 d,比较2组穿刺部位淤青面积变化、穿刺部位肿胀程度、穿刺部位疼痛程度及临床有效率。结果2组患者淤青面积、肿胀程度及疼痛评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且试验组均低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论活血化瘀涂搽药剂外敷相对于硫酸镁外敷更能有效减少冠脉介入穿刺并发症患者的淤青面积、肿胀程度及疼痛评分,提高临床有效率,疗效好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of external application of Huoxue Huayu liniment on coronary interventional puncture complications.Methods A total of 100 patients with radial puncture site complications after coronary interventional therapy in the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine from January 1,2021 to December 31,2022 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with 50%magnesium sulfate wet compress,and the experimental group was treated with Huoxue Huayu liniment wet compress for 7 consecutive days.The change of the bruised area of the puncture site,the swelling degree of the puncture site,the pain degree of the puncture site and the clinical effectiveness of the two groups were compared.Results The bruised area,swelling degree and pain score of the 2 groups were all decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group were all lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with magnesium sulfate external application,external application of Huoxue Huayu liniment can more effectively reduce the bruising area,swelling degree and pain score of patients with coronary interventional puncture complications,improve clinical efficiency and efficacy,and is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
