清咽散瘀汤治疗肺胃瘀热型小儿腺样体肥大临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟清咽散瘀汤每治疗肺胃瘀热型小儿腺样体肥大的临床效果。方法选取肺胃瘀热型小儿腺样体肥大患儿64例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组32例。对照组常规西医用药,观察组自拟清咽散瘀汤治疗,2组连续治疗1个月,评价患儿症状、炎症指标变化以及临床效果。结果2组治疗后中医证候积分评分比较,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后炎症指标WBC、CRP、PCT均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组总有效率比较,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟清咽散瘀汤从肺胃瘀热型证型特点着手,发挥清热解毒、活血化瘀、消肿散结的功效,标本兼治,快速改善临床症状,调控机体炎症状态,效果显著,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Qingyan Sanyu decoction in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in children of lung and stomach stasis heat type.Methods A total of 64 children with adenoid hypertrophy of lung and stomach stasis heat type were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with self⁃made Qingyan Sanyu decoction.The two groups were treated continuously for 1 month,and the symptoms,inflammatory indexes and clinical effects were evaluated.Results The score of TCM syndrome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,WBC,CRP and PCT of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion From the characteristics of the syndrome type of lung and stomach stasis heat,exerting the effects of clearing heat and detoxification,promoting blood circulation and resolving stasis,and dissipating swelling and dispersing nodules,Qingyan Sanyu decoction can treat both symptoms and symptoms,quickly improve clinical symptoms,regulate the inflammatory state of the body,and achieve significant results,which is worth promoting.
