摘　　要：中医历来强调应用整体观念辨治疾病,其中“五脏相关论”是反映中医整体观念的代表性理论。脾胃五行属土,为气血生化之源,与肝、肾、肺、心四脏关系颇为密切。脾胃病作为临床的常见疾病,不可局限于脾胃本身进行论治。应当充分发挥中医整体观念的优势,根据临床具体证候仔细辨析病位。涉及肝者,当抑木扶土;涉及肾者,应脾肾同治;涉及肺者,需配合宣发肃降之法;涉及心者,可心脾同调。应用“五脏相关论”辨治脾胃病的临床疗效肯定,值得倡导。Traditional Chinese medicine has always emphasized the application of holism concept to distinguish and treat diseases,among which the“five viscera correlation theory”is a representative theory reflecting the holism concept of traditional Chinese medicine.The five elements of the spleen and stomach belong to the earth,which are the source of the biochemistry of qi and blood,and are closely related to the four viscera of the liver,kidney,lung and heart.Spleen and stomach disease is a common disease in clinical practice.In the clinical diagnosis and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases,we should not limit the treatment from the spleen and stomach itself.We should give full play to the advantages of the holistic concept of Chinese medicine,and carefully distinguish the disease location according to the specific clinical syndromes.Diseases of the spleen and stomach involving the liver should be treated with the method of restraining wood and supporting earth.Spleen and stomach diseases involving kidney should be treated at the same time.Spleen and stomach diseases involving the lung need to be combined with the promotion and descent of treatment.Spleen and stomach diseases involving the heart can be treated simultaneously with the heart and spleen.Therefore,we advocate the application of the“five viscera correlation theory”to guide and analyze the clinical diagnosis and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases,and the clinical effect is affirmative.
