摘　　要：面部皮炎属于中医学“粉花疮”范畴,以颜面焮红、灼热、瘙痒等症状为共同特征。花类中药位于植物顶端,具有质轻宣达、宣散透泄、易达肌腠的特点,既能清解血中之火热,又能祛除腠理之外邪,在面部皮炎的治疗中独具特色,有“同气相求”之意。临床中熟练掌握花类药物的功效特点,充分认识疾病的病因病机及发生发展规律,准确辨证论治,合理配伍,随证遣方用药可发挥显著疗效。Facial dermatitis belongs to the category of“pink acne”in traditional Chinese medicine,characterized by symptoms such as redness,burning,and itching on the face.Floral Chinese medicine is located at the top of plants and has the characteristics of light weight,promoting diffusion and permeability,and easily reaching the skin.It can not only clear the fire and heat in the blood,but also eliminate pathogenic factors outside the skin.It is unique in the treatment of facial dermatitis and has the meaning of“Tongqi Xiangqiu”.Proficient in mastering the efficacy characteristics of floral drugs in clinical practice,fully understanding the etiology,pathogenesis,and occurrence and development laws of diseases,accurate diagnosis and treatment based on syndrome differentiation,reasonable compatibility,and medication according to syndrome can achieve significant therapeutic effects.
