从形寒伤肺论治小儿迁延性肺炎

摘　　要：小儿迁延性肺炎病程较长,多继发佝偻病、营养不良等体质虚弱的患儿。徐金星主任医师基于“形寒饮冷则伤肺”论治小儿迁延性肺炎,结合多年临床经验,提出小儿迁延性肺炎肺脾气虚理论,同时运用经验方参芪五味子汤治疗肺脾两虚型小儿迁延性肺炎,取得了一定临床疗效。此文列举典型医案1例,以供同道探讨。Prolonged pneumonia in children has a long course and is often seen in children with weak physical conditions such as rickets and malnutrition.Chief Physician Xu Jinxing proposed the theory of pediatric persistent pneumonia(lung and spleen qi deficiency)based on the theory that“impairment of the lung by exogenous cold and cold drinking”and years of clinical experience.At the same time,he used the empirical formula of Shenqi Wuweizi decoction to treat pediatric prolonged pneumonia with both lung and spleen deficiency,and achieved certain clinical efficacy.This article provided an example of a typical medical case for discussion by colleagues.
