摘　　要：LNG(液化天然气)是一种新型的清洁能源,对于船舶行业来说,船用LNG储罐的强度分析是至关重要的。首先对LNG储罐进行了结构设计,设定了相关参数,接着讲述了三维建模、网格划分、设置材料、施加载荷和添加约束等有限元操作方法及其流程,然后分析结构强度,接着对船舶的LNG储罐施加载荷,LNG储罐相关主要部件受力强度符合安全要求,全部在受力范围内,都是许用的。研究发现,储罐沿船舶纵向及横向布置时,其强度要求均满足条件,但储罐沿船舶横向布置时,各部件的最大应力值较船舶LNG储罐的结构设计是保证船舶安全的重要环节。本文为船舶LNG储罐的结构设计和安全运输提供参考。LNG(liquefied natural gas)is a new type of clean energy source,and the intensity analysis of marine LNG storage tanks is crucial for the shipbuilding industry.For the intensity analysis of marine LNG storage tanks,with the 20 m3 marine LNG storage tank as the example,the design parameters of ship LNG tank are summarized.Combined with the structural design,the entity simplification model is established by using the software SOLIDWORK.Then,the model is imported with the STEP file into the software HyperMesh,setting up materials and units,adding constraints and contacts,then adding the constraint load by importing the WorkBench in the cdb file,and finally calculating the finite element.
