摘　　要：党的二十大报告首次将教育、科技、人才进行全局性谋划,坚持一体化建设、一体化推进和一体化联动。统筹推进教育、科技、人才一体化发展,是全面建成社会主义现代化强国、以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的必然要求;是应对世界百年未有之大变局,建设世界主要科学中心和重要人才中心的必然要求;是全面提高人才自主培养质量、加快建设国家战略人才力量的必然要求。在中国式现代化进程中,要深刻理解和准确把握统筹推进教育、科技、人才一体化发展的战略考量。Chinese path to modernization is an inevitable choice for the CPC to lead the Chinese people to realize modernization development based on the situation of the world and the Party.The connotation of Chinese path to modernization has experienced a gradual evolution process of"modernization","four modernization","Chinese style modernization"and"Chinese path to modernization"in the new democratic revolution period,the socialist revolution and construction period,the new period of reform and opening up and socialist modernization construction,and the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,showing a clear and distinct historical context.Chinese path to modernization is fundamentally different from western modernization in its distinctive characteristics.It is the unity of party spirit and people spirit,gradual and phased,scientific and practical.Chinese path to modernization has provided the world with a new path of modernization development that is independent,balanced,shared,win-win and comprehensive and coordinated,and has enriched the history of world modernization.
