摘　　要：构建了黄河流域文旅产业高质量发展的评价指标体系,采用熵权法对陕西省沿黄区域文旅产业发展质量和水平进行测度和评价,结果显示:陕西沿黄区域文旅产业的高质量发展整体处于较好的发展水平,但存在配套设施不完善、竞争优势不明显、文化挖掘不深入等问题。文中提出了持续完善配套设施、实现全域共建共享,深入挖掘文化内涵、增强综合竞争优势,加快产业融合进度、打造知名特色品牌,创新产业要素供给、提升文旅产品品质,加强区域旅游合作、搭建协同发展平台,鼓励民间参与开发、多方筹措发展资金等提升陕西沿黄区域文旅产业高质量发展的建议。For the purposes of constructing an evaluation index system for the high-quality devel-opment of the cultural and tourism industry in the Yellow River Basin,the entropy weight method is used to measure and evaluate the quality and level of development of cultural and tourism industry in the Yellow River region of Shaanxi Province.The results show that the overall high-quality develop-ment of the cultural and tourism industry in the Yellow River region of Shaanxi Province is at a good level of development,but there are problems such as incomplete supporting facilities,unclear competi-tive advantages,and insufficient cultural exploration.The article proposes suggestions to continuously improve supporting facilities,achieve comprehensive co-construction and sharing,to deeply explore cultural connotations,to enhance comprehensive competitive advantages,to accelerate industrial inte-gration progress,to build well-known characteristic brands,innovate industrial factor supply,to im-prove the quality of cultural and tourism products,to strengthen regional tourism cooperation,to build a collaborative development platform,encourage private participation in development,and to raise more development funds so as to promote the high-quality development of the cultural and tourism in-dustry in Shaanxi along the Yellow River region.
