摘　　要：发展文化和旅游新质生产力,需要在把握生产力共性的基础上聚焦特点,精准提升:一是充分发挥文化大数据要素作用,重视发展文化和旅游数字经济;二是加强与文化和旅游新质生产力发展相匹配的人才队伍建设;三是加快形成文化和旅游新质生产力,最终要落实到生产更多更好的文化和旅游产品、扩大优质文化供给上。发挥创新对于文化和旅游新质生产力发展的主导作用,不仅需要加强科技创新,推动人工智能技术在文化和旅游领域的应用,而且需要加强体制机制创新和协同创新,持续推动文化和旅游标准化工作与科技创新深度融合,统筹推进科技、产业、旅游服务等领域的标准化建设。The development of culture and tourism new quality productivity,we need to focus on the characteristics of productivity on the basis of grasping the commonality of productivity,accurate improvement:First,give full play to the role of cultural big data elements,and pay attention to the development of cultural and tourism digital economy;Second,strengthen the construction of talent team matching the development of cultural and tourism new quality productive forces;Third,we will accelerate the formation of new quality cultural and tourism productivity,which will eventually be implemented in the production of more and better cultural and tourism products and expand the supply of high-quality cultural products.To give full play to the leading role of innovation in the development of new quality productivity in culture and tourism,it is not only necessary to strengthen scientific and technological innovation,promote the operation and application of artificial intelligence technology in the field of culture and tourism,but also to strengthen institutional and mechanism innovation and collaborative innovation,and continue to promote the deep integration of cultural and tourism standardization work and scientific and technological innovation.We will coordinate the standardization of science and technology,industry and tourism services.
