摘　　要：为控制配电网运行的经济支出,基于机会约束角度,以某配电网为例,开展可中断负荷优化调度方法的设计研究。根据电力市场在发展过程中其份额的变化、电能资源市场现货价格,将可中断负荷中的最优决策作为目标,根据市场实际需求与电网企业运营过程中的收益需求,构建基于机会约束的配电网最优可中断决策目标函数;采用“断电前折扣”的方式,设计配电网能量主动调度。实例应用实验结果证明:设计的方法可以在提高配电网负荷率的基础上,控制配电网运行的经济支出。In order to control economic payment of the electric network operation,based on opportunity constraint angle,take some distribution as an example,carry out the design study of an interrupted load optimization method.According to its share changes of electric power in the process of develepment and cash price of electric energy resource market,can make optimizing decision of the interrupted load as a target.According to real market needs and income needs of the electric network enterprise in the process of operation,set up the optimizing interrupted desision target function of the distribution network based on the opportunity constraint.Adopt“Discount before interrupt”way,design the active scheduling of the distribution network energy.The practical applied result shows that the design method can control the economic payment of the distribution network operation on the basis of improving the distribution network load factor.
