摘  要:用水气联合雾化工艺制备了Fe_(73)Si_(13)B_(10)Cu_(1)Nb_(3)合金粉末,研究了热处理温度与时间对粉体性能及软磁性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着热处理温度的升高与热处理时间的延长,α-Fe与Fe-B相的结晶体积分数逐渐增大,晶粒尺寸也逐渐增大。580℃、60 min热处理后的Fe_(73)Si_(13)B_(10)Cu_(1)Nb_(3)合金粉末有优异的软磁性能:B_(s)=139.67emu/g、H_(c)=6.54A/m。Fe_(73)Si_(13)B_(10)Cu_1Nb_(3) alloy powder was prepared by water-gas atomization process,and the effects of heat treatment temperature and time on powder properties and soft magnetic properties were studied.The results show that the crystallization volume fraction of α-Fe and Fe-B phases increases gradually with the increase of heat treatment temperature and heat treatment time,and the grain size also increases gradually.The Fe_(73)Si_(13)B_(10)Cu_(1) Nb_(3) alloy powder after heat treatment at 580 ℃ for 60 min has excellent soft magnetic properties:B_s=139.67emu/g、H_c=6.54A/m.
