摘 要:非晶、纳米晶材料是新兴的金属软磁材料,非晶、纳米晶磁心已广泛应用于航空、航天、船舶以及光伏、风电和新能源汽车等领域。通过参照同属软磁材料的软磁铁氧体磁心和金属磁粉心,提出了建立非晶、纳米晶磁心标准体系的构想。非晶、纳米晶磁心标准体系包括3部分,即基础标准、产品标准、分析方法标准和性能测试方法标准。基础标准包括术语和定义、分类;产品标准包括非晶、纳米晶磁心尺寸及表面缺陷极限和合金标准;分析方法标准包括化学分析方法和物理分析方法标准;性能测试方法标准包括电气性能、功率损耗和机械强度等测试方法标准。Amorphous and nanocrystalline materials are emerging metal soft magnetic materials,they have been widely used in fields such as aviation,aerospace,shipbuilding,as well as photovoltaics,wind power,and new energy vehicles.The idea of establishing a standard system for amorphous and nanocrystalline magnetic cores by referring to soft magnetic ferrite cores and metal magnetic powder cores belonging to the same category of soft magnetic materials was proposed.The standard system for amorphous and nanocrystalline magnetic cores includes 3 parts:basic standards,product standards,analysis method standards and performance testing method standards.Basic standards include terminology and definitions,classification.The product standards include guidelines on dimension and the limits of surface irregularties for amorphous and nanocrystalline magnetic cores,as well as alloy standards.The analysis method standards include chemical analysis methods and physical analysis method standards;The standards for performance testing methods include electrical performance,power loss,and mechanical strength and so on.
