摘  要:温差电动小车是以生物质能为动力的新型电动小车,大学生工程实践与创新能力大赛要求设计一种温差电动小车。介绍了温差电动小车的总体设计思路,设计了温差电动小车的关键机构,包括原动机构、传动机构、转向机构、行走机构,并给出了主控电路原理。对温差电动小车各部分进行建模,并应用SolidWorks软件对温差电动小车进行运动仿真,得到运行轨迹。最后通过实车测试,验证温差电动小车的运行轨迹和结构合理性。The temperature difference electric trolley is a new type of electric trolley powered by biomass energy,and the College Students'Engineering Practice and Innovation Ability Competition requires the design of a temperature difference electric trolley.The overall design idea of the temperature difference electric trolley was introduced,the key mechanisms of the temperature difference electric trolley were designed,including the prime mover mechanism,the transmission mechanism,the steering mechanism and the walking mechanism,and the principle of the main control circuit was given.Each part of the temperature difference electric trolley was modeled,and the motion simulation of the temperature difference electric trolley was carried out by using SolidWorks sofware to obtain the running trajectory.Finally,through the real vehicle test,the running trajectory and the rationality of the structure of the temperature difference electric trolley was verified.
