摘 要:为解决常兴煤矿3号煤层因低孔隙率、低渗水性等物理特性,不能与水完全黏结融合,采用传统降尘方法未能取得明显治理效果的问题,对粉尘防治技术原理和单一治理措施的效果等进行深入分析,对煤巷综掘机机载高压喷雾系统、除尘风机控风系统等进行优化设计,并采取了综合防尘治理措施。优化后,可有效将粉尘控制在掘进面2 m以内,提高了司机的可视观察距离,同时将呼吸性粉尘质量浓度降低至0.57 g/m^(3),降幅达到93.3%,取得了显著的防尘治理效果。In order to solve the problem that the No.3 coal seam of Changxing Coal Mine could not be fully bonded and fused with water due to its physical characteristics of low porosity and low permeability,and the traditional dust reduction method could not achieve obvious treatment effect,the principle of dust prevention and control technology and the effect of single treatment measure were analyzed in depth.Then,the machinemounted high-pressure spray system and the air control system of the dust removal fan of the comprehensive excavator in the roadway were optimized,and the comprehensive dust prevention and control measures were taken.After the optimization,the dust could be controlled within 2 m of the excavation face,and the visual observation distance of the driver was improved.At the same time,the mass concentration of the respirable dust was reduced to 0.57 g/m^(3),with a decrease of 93.3%,and a significant dust control effect was achieved.
