摘  要:制动系统的高可靠性是确保带式输送机安全制动的必要前提。基于带式输送机盘式制动器的使用工况,设计了具有保压功能的新型电液比例液压制动系统;介绍了新型电液比例液压制动系统的工作原理并建立其数学模型;利用AMESim平台进行仿真,验证了该系统的合理性;最后,设计了基于遗传算法的PID闭环控制策略,以满足盘式制动系统的控制要求。研究表明,基于遗传算法的PID闭环控制策略具有良好有效性,优化后的制动系统综合性能显著提高。The high reliability of the braking system is a necessary prerequisite to ensure the safe braking of the belt conveyor.Based on the working condition of the disc brake of the belt conveyor,a new electrohydraulic proportional hydraulic braking system with pressure holding function was designed in this paper.In addition,the working principle of the new electro-hydraulic proportional hydraulic braking system was introduced and its mathematical model was established.Then,the rationality of the system was verified by the simulation in AMESim platform.Finally,a PID closed-loop control strategy based on genetic algorithm was designed to meet the control requirements of the disc braking system.The research showed that the PID closedloop control strategy based on genetic algorithm had good effectiveness,and the comprehensive performance of the optimized braking system was significantly improved.
