摘 要:双齿辊破碎机破碎过程中,破碎齿直接承受来自物料的冲击、挤压等,最易损坏,而破碎齿的状态又直接影响着双齿辊破碎机的工作性能。基于离散单元法,研究破碎齿在破碎过程中的磨损情况,并运用有限元法对其进行强度分析。结果表明,双齿辊破碎机的破碎齿磨损主要由破碎过程中物料的法向冲击和切向磨削作用共同导致,且法向冲击作用影响较大;在破碎齿设计时,保证破碎齿强度的条件下,可以适当地增加齿腹厚度,增大齿尖圆弧半径,使齿尖、齿腹尽可能地参与物料破碎。During the crushing process of the double toothed-roller crusher,the crushing tooth directly bear the impact and extrusion from the material,making it the most vulnerable to damage.The state of the crushing tooth directly affects the working performance of the double toothed-roller crusher.Based on the discrete element method,the wear of the crushing tooth in the crushing process was studied in this paper,and its strength analysis was carried out by using the finite element method.The results showed that the wear for the roll tooth of the double toothed-roll crusher was mainly caused by the normal impact and tangential grinding of the material in the crushing process,and the normal impact had a greater influence on the roll tooth.As a result,in the design of the crushing tooth,under the condition of ensuring the strength of it,the thickness of the tooth belly could be increased,and the circular arc radius of the tooth tip could be increased,so that the tooth tip and the tooth belly could participate in the material crushing as much as possible.
