摘 要:针对卧式砂磨机产品细度控制计算理论缺失的现状,通过结构分析并利用流体力学原理,建立了卧式湿法动态分级系统模型,以此为基础,研究了切割粒径的计算方法,并对其进行了验证。结果表明,对于卧式砂磨机分级机切割粒径的应用实例,所提计算方法是有效而实用的。它能够指导卧式砂磨机细度参数的调整和分级机的优化设计,以及不同规格型号分级系统的开发。In view of the lack of calculation theory for the product fineness control of the horizontal sand mill,a horizontal wet dynamic classification system model was established by the structural analysis and the fluid mechanics principle.Based on this,the calculation method of the cutting particle size was studied and verified.The results showed that the proposed calculation method was effective and practical for the application example of the cutting particle size of classifier of the horizontal sand mill.The method could guide the adjustment of the fineness parameters of the horizontal sand mill and the optimization design of the classifier,as well as the development of the classification system in different specifications and models.
