摘 要:我国建筑能源消耗量大,气密性是影响建筑能耗的重要因素。为研究大体量建筑整体气密性测试的方法,以我国寒冷地区某新建大体量建筑为例,从围护结构封堵措施、区域划分、漏气量限值计算及测点布置等方面详细介绍了大体量建筑气密性测试的过程和要点,提出利用分区测试的方法对大体量建筑进行气密性能测试,并得出被测建筑的整体气密性实测值。结果表明:采用分区测试的方法进行大体量建筑气密性测试可减少大体量建筑测试时受到设备的限制及外界环境因素的影响。为大体量建筑进行气密性能测试、完善建筑施工、缩短测试周期、性能评价方面提供参考与建议。The energy consumption of building is relatively high in China.The air tightness is an important factor affecting the energy consumption of building.In order to study the method of overall air tightness test of large-scale buildings,taking a new large-scale building in a cold area of China as an example,the process and key points of the air tightness test of large-scale buildings were introduced in detail from the aspects of enclosure structure plugging measures,regional division,calculation of air leakage limits,and layout of measuring points.Put forward to use partition testing method to test the air tightness of large buildings and obtain the actual measured value of the overall airtightness of the tested building.The test results indicate that using partition testing method for air tightness testing of large buildings can reduce the limitations of equipment and the influence of external environmental factors.Provide reference and suggestions for conducting air tightness performance testing,improving building construction,shortening testing cycles,and performance evaluation for large-scale buildings.
