摘 要:目的:探讨优化护理分组管理联合情境模拟对急性心肌梗死护理小组抢救效率的影响.方法:选取2022年1月到2022年12月于本院进行诊治的80例急性心肌梗死患者为研究对象.根据抽签法将其分为研究组(n=40,在常规急救护理干预基础上接受优化护理分组管理联合情境模拟干预)和对照组(n=40,仅接受常规急救护理干预).比较两组患者抢救效果、心脏不良事件发生情况、抢救成功率、心功能.结果:研究组患者分诊评估时间、抢救时间以及心电图使用时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组患者心脏不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者抢救成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).干预后,研究组患者左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)短于对照组,而左心室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:优化护理分组管理联合情境模拟可改善急性心肌梗死护理小组抢救效率,降低心脏不良事件总发生率,提高抢救成功率和心功能.Objective:To explore the effect of optimizing nursing group management on the rescue efficiency of acute myocardial infarction.Methods:A total of 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected.According to the lottery method,the patients were randomly divided into study group(n=40,received the combined situational simulation intervention of optimized nursing group management on the basis of the routine emergency nursing intervention)and control group(n=40,received the routine emergency nursing intervention).The rescue effect,the occurrence of adverse cardiac events,the success rate of rescue and the cardiac function were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of triage assessment,rescue time and ECG use in study group were shorter than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall incidence of adverse cardiac events in study group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference in the rescue success rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular end-systolic dimension(LVESD)in study group were shorter than those in control group,and the level of left ventricular ejection fractions(LVEF)index in study group was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Optimizing the nursing group management combined with situational simulation can improve the rescue efficiency of acute myocardial infarction nursing team,reduce the total incidence of adverse cardiac events,and improve the success rate of rescue and cardiac function.
