摘 要:采用微波辅助法,以柠檬酸和尿素为前驱体,一水硫酸锌为掺杂剂,一步合成氮、锌掺杂碳点(N,Zn-CDs)。该碳点最大激发波长为370 nm,最大发射波长为439 nm,绝对荧光量子产率为22.67%。利用氯霉素(CAP)能使N,Zn-CDs荧光猝灭的特性,建立了一种检测CAP的荧光分析方法。在最优条件下,N,Zn-CDs的荧光强度与CAP浓度在7.0~2800.0μmol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,方法检出限为5.5μmol/L。该方法已被成功应用于氯霉素针剂中CAP的检测。Nitrogen and zinc-doped carbon dots(N,Zn-CDs)were synthesized by one-step microwave-assisted method by using citric acid and urea as precursors,and zinc sulfate monohydrate as dopant.The maximum excitation wavelength of the carbon dots is at 370 nm,the maximum emission wavelength is at 439 nm,and the absolute fluorescence quantum yield is 22.67%.A fluorescence analysis method for the detection of chloramphenicol(CAP)was established based on the property that CAP could quench N,Zn-CDs fluorescence.Under the optimal conditions,the fluorescence intensity of N,Zn-CDs exhibited a good linear relationship with the concentration of CAP in the range of 7.0-2800.0μmol/L,and the detection limit was 5.5μmol/L.The method has been successfully applied to the detection of CAP in chloramphenicol injection.
