摘 要:基于四苯乙烯(TPE)的结构设计合成了一种具有聚集诱导发光(AIE)性质的新型荧光分子TPESA。该分子具有良好的光学性能,较大的斯托克斯位移并在聚集态下具有较高的发光效率。向该荧光分子的二甲基亚砜(DMSO)/水(V∶V=5∶95)溶液中加入Cu^(2+)后,溶液的荧光强度降低,该荧光分子可作为荧光探针用于选择性检测Cu^(2+)。该探针对Cu^(2+)的检测范围在0.05~8μmol/L之间,检出限为25 nmol/L,并可对实际水样中的Cu^(2+)进行检测。A novel fluorescent molecule TPE-SA with aggregation-induced emission(AIE)properties was designed and synthesized based on the structure of tetraphenyl ethylene(TPE).The fluorescent molecule had favorable optical performance,a large Stokes shift and high fluorescent efficiency,and is capable of being employed as a fluorescent probe for the selective detection of Cu^(2+)based on the phenomena that its fluorescence intensity in the solution(V_(DMSO):V_(H2O)=5:95)decreased after addition of Cu^(2+).The detection range was 0.05-8μmol/L,and the limit of detection was 25 nmol/L.The probe can be applied for measuring Cu^(2+)in lake samples.
