摘　　要：随着全球局势的变迁,中国制造业的高质量发展模式已经成为学术界热议的焦点之一。本文旨在探讨对外直接投资活动对中国制造业创新的影响。研究结果显示,对外直接投资逆向技术溢出在促进中国制造业创新方面发挥了显著作用。异质性检验发现,这种逆向技术溢出对中国制造业创新的影响存在地区差异。此外,根据产业集聚程度的不同,当制造业高度集聚时,该省份的制造业企业通过对外直接投资逆向技术溢出显著提升了企业甚至整个行业的创新水平。机制分析表明,对外直接投资逆向技术溢出主要通过吸收和利用国外先进技术的途径对中国制造业创新产生了积极影响。本文不仅对对外直接投资和制造业创新领域的研究进行了有益的拓展和补充,而且对中国制造业未来如何实现高质量发展和区域平衡发展具有重要的参考价值。With the changing global situation,the high-quality development mode of China's manufacturing industry has become one of the focuses of academic debates.The purpose of this article is to explore the impact of outward foreign direct investment(OFDI)activities on China's manufacturing innovation.The findings show that OFDI reverse technology spillover plays a significant role in promoting Chinese manufacturing innovation.The heterogeneity test finds that there are regional differences in the impact of this reverse technology spillover on Chinese manufacturing innovation.In addition,depending on the degree of industrial agglomeration,when the manufacturing industry is highly agglomerated,the manufacturing enterprises in the province significantly improve the innovation level of the enterprises or even the whole industry through OFDI reverse technology spillover.The mechanism analysis shows that OFDI reverse technology spillover has a positive impact on China's manufacturing innovation mainly through the way of absorbing and utilizing foreign advanced technology.This study not only expands and complements the research in the field of OFDI as well as manufacturing innovation in a useful way,but also has an important reference value on how China's manufacturing industry can realize high-quality development and regional balanced development in the future.
