摘　　要：当前,中国已形成主要由绿色价格机制、绿色价格补贴政策和绿色要素市场化定价构成的绿色发展价格政策体系,旨在激励转变不符合绿色发展理念的生产和消费行为,使资源环境、绿色产品、服务、技术的价格能够全面反映其稀缺程度、市场供求关系和外部性,但绿色发展价格政策仍面临绿色价格机制调节作用发挥欠缺、绿色价格补贴政策科学性协调性不足、绿色要素市场化定价基础薄弱的挑战。未来,绿色发展价格政策要在处理好高质量发展和高水平保护的关系、协调好外部约束和内生动力的关系、应对好围绕绿色发展的大国博弈与竞争中发挥积极作用。为此,要进一步做细绿色价格机制,做实绿色价格补贴政策,健全绿色要素市场化定价,统筹发挥绿色发展价格政策体系合力。At present, China has formed a green development pricing policy system consisting mainly of green price mechanism, green price subsidies and market-oriented pricing of green factors, with the aim of incentivizing a green transition in production and consumption behaviors, so that the prices of resources and the environment, green products, services and technologies can comprehensively reflect their scarcity, the relationship between supply and demand in the market, and externalities. China's green development pricing policy is still facing challenges such as the green pricing mechanism is lack of regulatory role, the scientific coordination of green pricing subsidies is insufficient, and the market-oriented pricing of green factors is relatively weak. In the future, green development price policy should play an active role in dealing with the relationship between high-quality development and high-level protection, coordinating the relationship between external constraints and endogenous momentum, and coping with the big country game and competition around green development. To this end, it is necessary to further refine the price mechanism in support of green development, make the price subsidy policy in support of green development, improve the market-oriented pricing system for green factors, and give full play to the synergies of the price policy system for green development in an integrated manner.
