聚甲酚磺醛联合重组人干扰素α-2b栓治疗慢性宫颈炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析聚甲酚磺醛联合重组人干扰素α-2b栓治疗慢性宫颈炎的效果。方法:选取2022年4月—2023年4月南京市红十字医院收治的慢性宫颈炎患者110例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组采用重组人干扰素α-2b栓治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用聚甲酚磺醛治疗。比较两组临床效果、症状改善时间、炎性因子水平。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.005)。观察组异常分泌物消失时间、腰骶酸痛消失时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗前,两组白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组IL-2、TNF-α水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:聚甲酚磺醛联合重组人干扰素α-2b栓治疗慢性宫颈炎的效果显著,可缓解患者临床症状,减轻炎性反应。Objective:To analyze the effect of policresulen combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b vaginal suppository in the treatment of chronic cervicitis.Methods:A total of 110 patients with chronic cervicitis admitted to Nanjing Red Cross Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with recombinant human interferon α-2b vaginal suppository,and the observation group was treated with policresulen on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,symptom improvement time and levels of inflammatory factors were compared between two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.005).The disappearance time of abnormal secretions and lumbosacral pain in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of interleukin-2(IL-2)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-2 and TNF-αin the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Policresulen combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b vaginal suppository has a significant effect in the treatment of chronic cervicitis,and can alleviate the clinical symptoms and relieve inflammatory reactions of patients.
