阿托伐他汀钙片在糖尿病肾病患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析阿托伐他汀钙片在糖尿病肾病患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年10月—2022年10月贵州航天医院收治的糖尿病肾病患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与试验组,各50例。对照组采用常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予阿托伐他汀钙片治疗。比较两组血脂代谢指标、肾功能、血糖指标、并发症发生情况。结果:治疗后,试验组甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇低于治疗前及同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组肾小球滤过率高于治疗前,且试验组高于对照组,两组尿蛋白排泄率低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024)。结论:阿托伐他汀钙片在糖尿病肾病患者中的应用效果较好,可改善患者血脂代谢、肾功能、血糖水平,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To analyze the application effect of atorvastatin calcium tablets in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods:A total of 100 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to Guizhou Aerospace Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the experimental group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets on the basis of the control group.The lipid metabolism indexes,renal function,blood glucose indexes and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,triglycerides and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the experimental group were lower than those before treatment and those in the control group during the same period,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the glomerular filtration rate in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and this index in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,while the urine protein excretion rate in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and this index in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024).Conclusion:Atorvastatin calcium tablets have a good effect in patients with diabetic nephropathy,and can improve blood lipid metabolism,renal function,blood glucose level,and reduce the incidence of complications.
