摘 要:目的:分析布地奈德雾化吸入治疗肺炎支原体感染后咳嗽的效果。方法:选取2022年5月—2023年5月武警山西总队医院收治的肺炎支原体感染后咳嗽患者90例作为研究对象,采用抽签法随机分为试验组和对照组,每组45例。对照组给予常规止咳治疗,试验组在对照组基础上应用布地奈德粉吸入剂雾化吸入治疗。比较两组咳嗽症状积分、治疗效果、肺功能指标。结果:治疗前,两组咳嗽症状积分无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组咳嗽症状积分降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.044)。治疗前,两组肺功能指标无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组第1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量、呼气峰值流量升高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德雾化吸入治疗肺炎支原体感染后咳嗽的效果显著,可减轻患者咳嗽症状,改善肺功能。Objective:To analyze the effect of budesonide atomizing inhalation in the treatment of cough after Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods:A total of 90 patients with cough after Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection who were admitted to Shanxi Corps Hospital of Chinese People's Armed Police Forces from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group by drawing lots,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional cough-relieving treatment and the experimental group was given budesonide atomizing inhalation on the basis of the control group.The cough symptom score,treatment effect and lung function indicators were compared between two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in cough symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the cough symptom scores in the two groups decreased,and the score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.044).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in lung function indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in 1 s,forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in 1 s/forced vital capacity,and peak expiratory flow increased in the two groups,and these indexes in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Budesonide atomizing inhalation has a significant effect in the treatment of cough after Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection,and can relieve cough symptoms and improve lung function in patients.
