单孔腹腔镜自制疝针经皮完全腹膜外内环结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析单孔腹腔镜自制疝针经皮完全腹膜外内环结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的效果。方法:选取2020年4月—2023年5月遵义市凤冈县人民医院收治的200例腹股沟斜疝患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各100例。两组患儿均行单孔腹腔镜经皮完全腹膜外内环结扎术,对照组使用常规硬膜外针,观察组使用自制疝针。比较两组手术相关指标、并发症发生情况。结果:观察组手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.029)。结论:单孔腹腔镜自制疝针经皮完全腹膜外内环结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的效果显著,可以缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,促进患儿康复,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To analyze the effect of single-port laparoscopic percutaneous complete extraperitoneal closure of internal ring with self-made hernia needle in treatment of pediatric oblique inguinal hernia.Methods:A total of 200 children with oblique inguinal hernia admitted to Fenggang People's Hospital in Zunyi City from April 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 100 cases in each group.Both groups underwent single-port laparoscopic percutaneous complete extraperitoneal closure of internal ring.The control group adopted conventional epidural needle,and the observation group adopted self-made hernia needle.The surgery related indicators and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.029).Conclusion:Single-port laparoscopic percutaneous complete extraperitoneal closure of internal ring with self-made hernia needle has significant effects in treatment of pediatric oblique inguinal hernia,and can shorten operation time,reduce intraoperative blood loss,promote the recovery of children,and reduce the incidence of complications.
