摘　　要：目的:分析子宫动脉上行支结扎术在瘢痕子宫剖宫产产后出血产妇中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2023年4月于酒泉市人民医院行剖宫产的瘢痕子宫产妇80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组实施药物联合宫纱填塞治疗,观察组实施子宫动脉上行支结扎术。比较两组手术相关指标、并发症发生情况。结果:观察组产后大出血发生率低于对照组,产后24 h内累计出血量少于对照组,血性恶露持续时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:子宫动脉上行支结扎术在瘢痕子宫剖宫产产后出血产妇中的应用效果显著,可降低产后大出血发生率,减少出血量,降低并发症发生率,促进产后恢复。Objective:To analyze the application effect of uterine artery ascending branch ligation in puerperae with scarred uterus developing postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods:A total of 80 puerperae with scarred uterus who underwent cesarean section in Jiuquan People's Hospital from March 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with drugs combined with uterine gauze packing,and the observation group was treated with uterine artery ascending branch ligation.The surgery related indicators and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of major postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the cumulative blood loss within 24 h postpartum in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the duration of lochia rubra and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of uterine artery ascending branch ligation in puerperae with scarred uterus developing postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section has significant effects,and can reduce the incidence of major postpartum hemorrhage,reduce the blood loss,decrease the incidence of complications,and promote postpartum recovery.
