血液净化治疗重症肺炎临床病例40例分析探讨

摘　　要：目的 对重症肺炎患者血液净化疗法的效果进行探究。方法 简单随机选取贵州省天柱县人民医院于2021年1月—2023年12月重症监护室收治的40例重症肺炎患者为研究对象,根据治疗方案的差异,分为参照组与研究组,各20例。参照组实施常规治疗模式,研究组在常规治疗的基础上实施血液净化疗法。对两组患者的血气分析指标、炎症水平、免疫功能、急性生理与慢性健康评分进行对比。结果 研究组的动脉血氧分压和氧合指数高于参照组,动脉血二氧化碳分压低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组白细胞介素-6(8.5±1.4)pg/mL、肿瘤坏死因子(305.38±70.61)pg/mL均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.438、3.419,P均<0.05);研究组急性生理与慢性健康评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在重症肺炎患者临床治疗中,不仅可实施常规治疗方案,同时还可对患者应用血液净化疗法,有利于改善患者临床指标,提升治疗效果。Objective To explore the effectiveness of blood purification therapy in patients with severe pneumonia.Methods A total of 40 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to the intensive care unit of Tianzhu County People's Hospital of Guizhou Province from January 2021 to December 2023 were simple randomly selected as the research ob-jects.According to the difference of treatment plan,they were divided into reference group and study group,with 20 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with routine treatment mode,and the study group was treated with blood purification therapy on the basis of routine treatment.The blood gas index,inflammation level,immune function and Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation score of the two groups were compared.Results partial pressure of oxygen and oxygenation index in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and par-tial pressure of carbon dioxide was lower than that in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-6(8.5±1.4)pg/mL and tumor necrosis factor-α(305.38±70.61)pg/mL in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.438,3.419,both P<0.05).The Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treat-ment of severe pneumonia patients,not only conventional treatment plans can be implemented,but also blood purifi-cation therapy can be applied to improve clinical indicators and enhance treatment effectiveness.
