康复护理在老年高血压患者护理中的应用及对生活质量的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析康复护理在老年高血压患者护理中应用对生活质量产生的影响。方法回顾性选取2023年1月—2024年2月于山西省汾阳医院收治的150例老年高血压患者的临床资料,根据护理方式进行分组,对照组75例行常规护理干预,观察组75例行康复护理干预,对比两组患者的生活质量、自我护理能力评分以及护理满意度情况。结果干预后,观察组生活质量评分、自我护理能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护理满意度(97.33%)高于对照组(86.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.797,P=0.016)。结论在老年高血压患者护理中,康复护理的应用可以有效提升患者生活质量,增强患者自我护理能力。Objective To analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing on the quality of life of elderly patients with hypertesion.Methods The clinical data of 150 elderly patients with hypertension who were treated in Shanxi Fenyang Hospital from January 2023 to February 2024 were retrospectively selected and grouped according to the nursing methods.The control group 75 cases received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group 75 cases received rehabilitation nursing intervention.The quality of life,self-care ability score and satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the quality of life score and self-care ability score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(97.33%)was higher than that of the control group(86.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.797,P=0.016).Conclusion In the nursing of elderly hypertension patients,the application of rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,enhance the ability of self-nursing of patients.
