孟鲁司特钠颗粒联合阿奇霉素注射液对小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析孟鲁司特钠颗粒联合阿奇霉素注射液对小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的治疗效果。方法随机选取2022年11月—2023年11月金沙县人民医院收治的120例小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿为研究对象。依照随机抽签分组法分为参照组与观察组,每组60例。两组均进行常规对症治疗,在此基础上,参照组给予阿奇霉素注射液治疗,观察组给予孟鲁司特钠颗粒联合阿奇霉素注射液治疗。比较两组的C反应蛋白含量、症状好转时间、治疗效果、不良反应情况、X线影像学图像表现。结果治疗前,两组的C反应蛋白含量对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的C反应蛋白含量低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的症状好转时间短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗有效率为98.33%,高于参照组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.324,P=0.038)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的X线影像学图像表现优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用孟鲁司特钠颗粒联合阿奇霉素注射液治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎,可以提高疗效,改善X线影像学图像表现,降低C反应蛋白含量,加快患儿恢复,值得借鉴。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of montelukast sodium granules combined with azithromycin injection on mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 120 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to Jinsha People's Hospital from November 2022 to November 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to the random lottery grouping method,they were divided into reference group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with routine symptomatic treatment.On this basis,the reference group was treated with azithromycin injection,and the observation group was treated with montelukast sodium granules combined with azithromycin injection.The C-reactive protein content,symptom improvement time,efficacy,adverse reactions,and X-ray imaging findings were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in C-reactive protein content between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the content of C-reactive protein in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.33%,which was higher than 86.67%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.324,P=0.038).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The X-ray imaging performance of the observation group was better than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of montelukast sodium granules combined with azithromycin injection in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children can improve the efficacy,improve the X-ray imaging findings,reduce the co
