共情护理结合基于微信的同伴支持教育在中晚期肺癌化疗患者护理中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨共情护理结合基于微信的同伴支持教育在中晚期肺癌化疗患者中的护理效果。方法方便选取2021年5月—2023年4月济南市中西医结合医院收治的94例中晚期肺癌化疗患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各47例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取共情护理结合基于微信的同伴支持教育。对比两组负面情绪、化疗依从性及生存质量。结果护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)评分(34.49±4.26)分、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)评分(35.81±5.90)分均低于对照组,化疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表(World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF,WHOQOL-BREF)中的生理领域(78.22±5.02)分、心理领域(80.32±5.47)分、社会领域(78.31±4.27)分、环境领域(85.37±5.01)分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论共情护理结合基于微信的同伴支持教育可以减轻中晚期肺癌化疗患者不良情绪,提高化疗依从性以及生存质量。Objective To explore the nursing effect of empathic nursing combined with wechs-based peer support education in patients with advanced lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A total of 94 patients with advanced lung cancer treated by chemotherapy in Jinan Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from May 2021 to April 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received empathic nursing combined with peer support education based on wechat.Negative mood,chemotherapy compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score was(34.49±4.26)points and the Self-rating Depression Scale was(SDS)score(35.81±5.90)points of the observation group,which were lower than those of the control group,chemotherapy compliance was higher than control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)in physiological field was(78.22±5.02)points,psychological field(80.32±5.47)points,social field was(78.31±4.27)points and environmental field was(85.37±5.01)points,which were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Empathy nursing combined with wecht-based peer support education can alleviate adverse emotions and improve chemotherapy compliance and quality of life in patients with advanced lung cancer.
