温针灸配合中药治疗输卵管不通不孕症的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析输卵管不通不孕症患者应用温针灸与中药联合治疗的临床效果。方法随机选择2021年6月—2023年1月潍坊市中医院收治的100例输卵管不通不孕症患者为研究对象,根据随机抽签法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组予以常规中药治疗,观察组予以温针灸结合中药治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组各项临床指标(搏动指数、阻力指数、纤维蛋白原、全血高切黏度)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);各项中医证候积分(腰骶胀痛、下腹刺痛/胀痛、肛门坠胀、胸胁乳房胀痛)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);治疗总有效率、妊娠率分别为94.00%、92.00%,高于对照组的80.00%、78.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.332、3.843,P均<0.05)。结论输卵管不通不孕症患者在口服中药的同时接受温针灸疗法,具有更高的治疗有效率和妊娠率,该方法可以促进各项临床指标的改善,缓解临床症状。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of warm acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of infertility patients with tubal infertility.Methods A total of 100 patients with tubal infertility admitted to Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to January 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to the random lottery method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Chinese medicine,and the observation group was treated with warm acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical indexes(pulsatility index,resistance index,fibrinogen,whole blood high shear viscosity)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05);the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes(lumbosacral distending pain,lower abdominal tingling/distending pain,anal bulge,chest and breast distending pain)were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment and pregnancy rate were 94.00%and 92.00%,respectively,which were higher than 80.00%and 78.00%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.332,3.843,both P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with tubal infertility receive warm acupuncture therapy while taking oral Chinese medicine,which has higher treatment efficiency and pregnancy rate.This method can promote the improvement of various clinical indicators,relieve clinical symptoms.
