摘　　要：慢性心力衰竭病情复杂,是心血管疾病的终末阶段,临床多采用西药疗法治疗慢性心力衰竭,其中沙库巴曲缬沙坦为常用药物,但长期应用会产生不良反应。加味阳和汤具有散寒通滞、温阳补血的作用,该文总结了慢性心力衰竭病因病机、加味阳和汤及其联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗慢性心力衰竭的效果,以期为中西医结合治疗慢性心力衰竭提供新思路。Chronic heart failure is a complex disease,is the final stage of cardiovascular disease,the clinical use of western medicine to treat chronic heart failure,in which sacubactril valsartan is a commonly used drug,but long-term application will produce adverse reactions.Jiawei Yanghe Decoction has the function of dispelling cold and clearing stagnation,warming Yang and replenishing blood.This article summarized the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic heart failure,the effect of Jiawei Yanghe Decoction and its combination with sacubactril valsartan in the treatment of chronic heart failure,in order to provide a new idea for the treatment of chronic heart failure.
