135例住院癫痫患儿用药合理性分析

摘　　要：目的:了解广州市社会福利院住院癫痫患儿用药情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:将2023年11月—2024年2月于广州市社会福利院住院治疗的135例癫痫患儿作为研究对象,统计分析其治疗用药情况。结果:135例患儿中,男84例(62.22%),女51例(37.78%),年龄6个月~14岁。儿童抗癫痫药多选择丙戊酸钠口服溶液,其次为左乙拉西坦片。135例患儿中,单一用药53例;二联用药80例,用药方案包括丙戊酸钠联合卡马西平及丙戊酸钠联合左乙拉西坦;三联用药2例,用药方案是丙戊酸钠、左乙拉西坦联合托吡酯。随访120例出院患儿,抗癫痫药治疗总有效率95.00%;6例患儿出现眩晕、嗜睡、疲劳等不良反应;66例患儿进行过≥1次药物种类或剂量调整。结论:广州市社会福利院住院癫痫患儿用药基本合理,但仍需严格监测药品使用情况,根据个人情况调整用药剂量,必要时监测患儿血药浓度,促进临床安全合理用药。Objective:To investigate the medication use of children with epilepsy hospitalized in Guangzhou Chidren's Social Welfare Home to provide reference for rational clinical medication use.Methods:One hundred and thirty-five children with epilepsy who were hospitalized in Guangzhou Chidren's Social Welfare Home from November 2023 to February 2024 were taken as the study subjects,and their medication use was statistically analyzed.Results:Among the one hundred and thirty-five children,eighty-four cases(62.22%)were male and fifty-one cases(37.78%)were female,aged from six months to fourteen years old;children's antiepileptic drugs were mostly chosen as valproate oral solution,followed by levetiracetam tablets;among the one hundred and thirty-five cases,fifty-three cases were single-pharmaceuticals,and eighty cases were two-combination medications with medication regimens that included sodium valproate combined with carbamazepine and sodium valproate combined with levetiracetam;there were two cases of triple drug administration,and the drug regimen was sodium valproate and levetiracetam combined with topiramate;one hundred and twenty discharged children were followed up,and the total effective rate of antiepileptic drug treatment was 95.00%;six cases of children had adverse reactions such as vertigo,drowsiness,and fatigue;and sixty-six cases had≥1 adjustment of the drug type or dosage.Conclusion:The medication use of children with epilepsy hospitalized in Guangzhou Chidren's Social Welfare Home is basically reasonable,but it is still necessary to strictly monitor drug use,adjust the dosage of medication according to the individual situation,and monitor the children's blood concentration when necessary to promote the safe and reasonable use of medication in the clinic.
