替米沙坦联合氯沙坦钾治疗原发性高血压的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨替米沙坦联合氯沙坦钾治疗原发性高血压的临床效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2022年5月北京市第一中西医结合医院收治的原发性高血压患者52例为研究对象,随机分为研究组(n=22)、对照组(n=30)。两组均给予常规康复干预,基于此,对照组给予氯沙坦钾治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予替米沙坦治疗。比较两组临床疗效、炎性因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素细胞-6(IL-6)、白介素细胞-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为90.90%,明显高于对照组(66.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前CRP、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组CRP、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前SBP、DBP无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组SBP、DBP低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:替米沙坦、氯沙坦钾治疗原发性高血压的有效性较高,可降低患者炎性因子水平与血压,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of telmisartan combined with losartan potassium in the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods:A total of 52 patients with essential hypertension who were admitted to Beijing First Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.These patients were randomly divided into the study group(n=22)and the control group(n=30).Both groups were given routine rehabilitation intervention.Based on this intervention,the control group was treated with losartan potassium,and the study group was treated with telmisartan.The clinical efficacy,the levels of inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 90.90%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(66.67%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels CRP,IL-6,IL-8,TNF-αbetween two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-6,IL-8,TNF-αin the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the SBP and DBP between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the SBP and DBP in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Telmisartan and losartan potassium are effective in the treatment of essential hypertension,and can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and blood pressure,with certain clinical application value.
