益气舒筋汤联合平衡针灸、常规药物治疗老年颈肩腰腿痛的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气舒筋汤联合平衡针灸、常规药物治疗老年颈肩腰腿痛的临床效果。方法:选择2021年12月—2023年12月上海市松江区新桥镇社区卫生服务中心收治的120例老年颈肩腰腿痛患者作为观察样本,使用随机数字表法分为对照组、研究组,每组60例。对照组给予常规药物、平衡针灸治疗,研究组在对照组基础上应用益气舒筋汤治疗。对比两组临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组疼痛评分、肢体运动功能评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组疼痛评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数评分低于对照组,肢体运动功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气舒筋汤联合平衡针灸、常规药物治疗老年颈肩腰腿痛的临床效果确切,可减轻患者疼痛程度,改善肢体运动功能、腰椎功能。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Yiqi Shujin Decoction combined with balanced acupuncture and moxibustion and conventional drugs in treatment of elderly neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain.Methods:A total of 120 elderly patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain admitted to Shanghai Songjiang District Xinqiao Town Community Health Service Center from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected as observation samples.They were divided into the control group and the study group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs and balanced acupuncture and moxibustion and the study group was treated with Yiqi Shujin Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in pain score,limb motor function score and Oswestry disability index score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the pain score and Oswestry disability index score in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the limb motor function score in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group(96.67%)was higher than that in the control group(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Shujin Decoction combined with balanced acupuncture and moxibustion and conventional drugs has definite clinical effects in treatment of elderly neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain,and can relieve the pain degree of patients and improve the limb motor function and lumbar spine function.
