肾康注射液联合中药结肠透析治疗慢性肾脏病的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析肾康注射液联合中药结肠透析治疗慢性肾脏病的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年2月遵义市中医院收治的慢性肾脏病患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各40例。对照组采取中药结肠透析治疗,试验组在对照组基础上采取肾康注射液治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组尿素氮、血肌酐、血尿酸、血清胱抑素C、尿蛋白、超敏C反应蛋白水平均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.004)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肾康注射液联合中药结肠透析治疗慢性肾脏病的临床效果良好,能够促进患者肾功能改善、炎性指标降低,且治疗安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Shenkang injection combined with TCM colon dialysis in treatment of chronic kidney disease.Methods:A total of 80 patients with chronic kidney disease admitted to Zunyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into an experimental group and a control group using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with TCM colon dialysis,while the experimental group was treated with Shenkang injection on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the levels of urea nitrogen,blood creatinine,blood uric acid,serum cystatin C,urine protein and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.004).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shenkang injection combined with TCM colon dialysis has a good clinical effect in the treatment of chronic kidney disease,and can promote the improvement of renal function and reduce inflammatory indexes,with a high treatment safety.
