壮医药线点灸疗法联合生地黄散外敷治疗带状疱疹的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨壮医药线点灸疗法联合生地黄散外敷治疗带状疱疹的临床效果。方法:选取2022年7月—2023年2月重庆市涪陵区中医院收治的带状疱疹患者100例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组、对照组,各50例。对照组采用常规疗法治疗,研究组在对照组基础上予以壮医药线点灸疗法联合生地黄散外敷治疗。比较两组患者临床症状、疼痛情况、疗效、治疗满意度。结果:治疗前,两组患者疱疹症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗14 d后、治疗后3个月,两组疱疹症状积分低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗14 d后、治疗后3个月,两组疼痛评分低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为98.0%,明显高于对照组(68.0%),差异有统计学意义(P=0.010)。研究组治疗满意度调查表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:壮医药线点灸疗法联合生地黄散外敷治疗带状疱疹的临床效果显著,能够改善患者症状,减轻疼痛,提高患者满意度。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion combined with external application of Shengdihuang Powder in the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods:A total of 100 patients with herpes zoster admitted to Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Fuling District in Chongqing from July 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a studly group and a control group according to random number table method with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional therapy.The study group received Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion combined with external application of Shengdihuang Powder on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptoms,pain,efficacy,and treatment satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in herpes symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 14 days of treatment and 3 months after treatment,the herpes symptom scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 14 days of treatment and 3 months after treatment,the pain scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the pain scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was 98.0%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(68.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.010).The treatment satisfaction questionnaire score in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically sig
