摘　　要：目的:分析康复护理在颈肩腰腿痛患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年6月—2021年7月松滋市中医医院收治的颈肩腰腿痛患者90例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用康复护理。比较两组疼痛情况、护理依从性以及护理满意度。结果:护理前,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组VAS评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组MMAS-8评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.808,P<0.001)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.014)。结论:康复护理在颈肩腰腿痛患者护理中的应用效果显著,可有效缓解患者疼痛,提高护理依从性以及护理满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of patients with neck,shoulder,waist,and leg pain.Methods:A total of 90 patients with neck,shoulder,waist,and leg pain admitted to Songzi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing.The observation group received rehabilitation nursing.The pain condition,nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of visual analogue scale(VAS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the VAS scores in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The MMAS-8 score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.808,P<0.001).The total satisfaction with nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.014).Conclusion:The application effect of rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain is remarkable,which can effectively relieve patients'pain,improve nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction.
