摘　　要：近年来,我国建筑业规模逐年增长,但建筑业管理模式比较落后。目前,大型桥梁工程建设工人的现状与项目管理人员普遍反映的难管形成鲜明对比,其直接原因是班组工人日渐减少,劳务资源日渐紧缺。如何做好劳务队伍的管理,如何留住优质劳务队伍,已是每个施工单位的核心管理课题。本研究基于智慧工地和BIM,针对目前劳务队伍过程管控现状和存在的问题,探讨相应的解决措施。In recent years,the scale of China's construction industry has grown year by year,but the management mode of the construction industry is relatively backward.In combination with the current situation of large bridge construction workers,the direct reason for the sharp contrast with the difficult management generally reflected by project managers is that the number of team workers is decreasing and the labor resources are increasingly scarce.How to well manage labor force and retain high-quality labor force has become the core issue of each contractor.In this paper a preliminary discussion on the development of targeted solutions is made based on the current situation and problems of labor team process management and control in combination with smart construction site and BIM.
