大跨变高度组合钢箱连续梁桥空间效应分析

摘  要:不同于混凝土梁桥及钢箱梁桥,大跨变高度组合钢箱连续梁桥具有独特的空间受力特性。本研究以某大跨变高度组合钢箱连续梁桥为研究对象,建立空间有限元模型,从端横梁和中支点横梁的竖向剪力分配规律及偏载系数3个方面,探究其空间受力特性。结果表明,组合钢箱梁端横梁处,顶板混凝土承受很小的竖向剪力,剪力主要由钢箱梁腹板承受;组合钢箱梁中支点横梁处,顶板混凝土承受很小的竖向剪力,剪力主要由底板混凝土和钢箱梁腹板承受,越靠近中支点横梁,底板混凝土承受竖向剪力所占比例越大,最大为45%;汽车偏载作用下,正应力偏载系数很小,腹板剪力偏载系数较大,支点处的剪力偏载系数最大可达1.76。研究结果对大跨组合钢箱梁桥的设计计算具有一定的指导意义。Different from concrete girder bridge and steel box girder bridge,long-span variable height composite steel box continuous girder bridge has its spatial stress characteristics.In this paper,a long-span variable height composite steel box continuous girder bridge is studied,and a spatial finite element model is established to explore its spatial stress characteristics from three aspects:vertical shear distribution law at the end and middle support cross girder and partial load coefficient.The results show that:(1) for end cross girder of the composite steel box girder,the vertical shear force borne by the roof concrete is little,and the shear force mainly depends on the web of the steel box girder.(2) For the middle support cross girder of composite steel box girder,the vertical shear borne by the roof concrete is little,and it mainly depends on the bottom concrete and the web of steel box girder.The closer to the middle beam,the greater the proportion of vertical shear borne by the bottom concrete is,and the maximum is 45%.(3) Under the action of vehicle partial load,the partial load coefficient of normal stress is small,but the partial load coefficient of web shear is large,and the maximum partial load coefficient of shear at the middle support is 1.76.The research results have a certain guiding significance for the design and calculation of long-span composite steel box girder bridges.
